Do remember though, as excited as you'll be, it's important to check out the car carefully. As well as the checklist available on CivInfo, have a careful look at both the exterior (paint finish, panel alignment etc) and the interior (dashboard scratches, carpet fit, plastic panel fit). The PDI document should also have been fully completed and available for inspection.

I think all in, you should probably spend at least 30 mins checking it over before you leave the dealership. And that's not including a run-down of the controls from the salesman doing the hand over!

And, if you can, pick it up with a friend. After all, they might spot something you miss!

So do enjoy your new car experience. The Civic IS an excellent vehicle!
