Good find on the picture.

I was told that the Type R NEARLY has the magic seats...the base of the seat folds up (as in the picture) but there is no way to secure it there. Apparently you have to secure it using the seat belts. The standard Civic has a catch of some sort to hold it in place.

Still waiting for my Type R, so I cannot give first hand confirmation of this!
