I am saddened to hear of the situation you find yourself in but I would echo jayt43's advice. I've run Hondas for many, many years and touch wood, I have not as yet experienced such service from a honda dealership. My local dealership is a family owned concern, maybe this helps, and the Service staff have been there for a long time. I hope the matter is resolved to your satisfaction quite quickly.
