Hi TT
Thanks for your extended reply. I accept now that there will be a lengthly delay in the fitting of the strut. However, what I object to is the deception of both Honda and the dealership. The car was booked in some time ago for the repplacement strut which I thought happened. Then the noises came back and it was booked in again and I was told at the time that the previous visit was only for tightning of suspension bolts but not a replacement strut. As you can imagine I was fuming at this lie. Then the car was booked in again to see if they could fix the bump stop but couldn't. They said that last weds it will be fixed as the shock was due in but never arrived. THen this week I was told that there was an argument between Ruislip and Swindon as to who should have the spare shocks. I don't know what you think, but why didn't they tell me from the very beggining there was a shortage instead of all this prevarication. I would have prefered it that way, then I would have known were I stood.
