I was on my fathers policy he had 9 years ncb!!!! Now they kick up a fuss, no one ever wrote to say well done for all these incident free years of motoring. Accident, straight away, we need this this this this and this, oh and by the way as your son was driving, we are contesting your claim (that within 20 minutes of the accident!!!!!!!!!!).
