I had the same issue. I can not say for sure, but I was driving the highway, around 120km/h and i heard something like a stone hits the windscreen, I did what I usually do when I notice a stone hit, I got a small hearthattack and examine the screen. Since it was no harm to see, I was happy and parked the car. The next morning I found it with the very same damage what You have on the attached pic. I guess there must be some magic aerodinamic wind which collects all the small stuff flying in the front of the civic and focus it against the foglamp...
