Cylon is right, your best bet is to get a connects2 and plug a cassette player into it or an MP3 player at a later date - that will save you faffing about copying tapes to CD, the ripping to MP3 etc.
If I was you, I would ditch the CD changer (and use the money to get the dealer to fit the connects2 if you don't fancy it yourself). As many have said before, rip your CD's to MP3 and the make an MP3 disk - much cheaper than the CD Changer.
