They should be 225/40/18 on a 7.5" wheel. The 7.5" is just the width of the wheel.
The offset needs to be the same as the OEM wheels, but I'm afraid I don't know what it is. Maybe a dealer could help?
For a comfortable ride, you need 16" wheels. For an OK ride you need 17" wheels. If you go for 18" or 19", you are going to have to suffer to be beautiful. The difference between manufacturer will be negligible.
