The offset you require is a minimum of +45, maximum +55 (ideally +45). This is the figure which affects the track of the car, ie the distance between the wheels, so a higher offset will give a wider track (better handling but increased tyre wear). Honda recommend +45.
The PCD you need is 5 x 114.3, the 5 indicates 5 stud and 114.3 is the distance between the hole centres (pitch centre difference). Hope this helps.
