seems to vary by store, and
unfortunately, I have never seen the action going as far as clamping and dirty great "do not move this car" stickers superglued on the windscreen
pet hate of mine
- both as a parent who couldn't get into parent and child spaces because they were filled by inconsiderate drivers, and as an owner (kids are a bit older now) who has had his car (accidently) dinged by parents who were forced into parking in the normal smaller spaces
down to the "I'm alright, tough luck to the rest of you" mentality these days
