No techniques of driving would wear one side that significantly more than the other, so as far as your words are concerned, it is a matter of some mechanical disorder. The car is under warranty, and they (2 sets of rear pads and 1 disc) should be replaced without cost.
Rudeness is another issue. Sometimes you wish you had some sort of recorder so that it could be evidence... But only an accusation without witnesses wouldn't help much I think. Whatever, if I were you, I would never go that service again.
