Had some friends who did this some years ago now in an old Seat I think it was. Anyway one of my friends was a mechanic and these friends took their car to him because there seemed to be some problems with the car. Not being mechanically minded I can't tell you what was wrong but let's put it this way - the car was ruined and they needed to buy a new one or a new engine, something like that anyway. So my advice would be not to get involved and protect your spaceship from frivilous penny pinching bearded people
