So first service done: Cost £169.68 this is the 12500 mile service plus fitting a fog light (which I provided). The cost for fitting the foglight was £21 +vat (decided for that price it wasn't worth getting my hands dirty)

Service seems to be OK, foglight fitted OK, car not cleaned VW always cleaned the car when serviced also they said they'd call me when it was ready and didn't.
Oh well next service 25000 miles (about 7 months)
