Didn't think this would illicit such a response (Sorry Guys!!!!), I don't generally go mad on busy roads or during school hours, but I like to use an open deserted stretch of motorway to full advantage whenever possible. And also the police are sneaky (no matter what they say, they do hide!!!!!!!!! And they don't place the signs correctly!). So I just fancied some protection. If I felt speed fines were used properly I'd have no problem, but I feel they arn't used properly (you've only got to look at the state of the roads round here!).
