If red Ken gets his way then I might have to go Hybrid as I drive across the mouth of Heathrow every day and that is one area he is trying to get into his Congestion Charge boundary.
I think he also has his sights on the M25 western section so I will have little choice.
Civic Hybrid is therefore on the cards as well.
