Well I suppose it is good to know that they have admitted there being a problem with the system and that they are going to sort it out. I'll have to let me friend know as she was told by the dealer that it was probably her fault for not putting on strong enough.
We've got to wait until March/April next year for the updated handbrake. The letter says they will write again then to get it fitted.
