I did mine today, washed it down with road grime remover (basically a weak alcohol solution I believe), then washed it, waxed it twice (all over), then glossed the bonnet (while waiting for it to dry (just the bonnet that is) the heavens opened!!!!!). God that road cr*p is a b*stard to get off [pardon the french it left my paintwork looking naff ], took almost 2 hours on it's own, but the car looks clean and more importantly with the gloss protection the water and c*ap runs off it now much easier.

Your car looks great, do you get many problems parking it on the road like that (just thinking of the gritting lorries (one went down the side of me the other day and showered me with salt, and minutly chipped my bonnet, managed to buff most of it out, just lucky it's only the size of a pin head, i know i'm ginjung about my car!)).

Personally I'd replace those covers with type R ones that are just the mesh look (they look more understated than the indented ones). I wish I'd never bothered with front fogs, but it came with the GT upgrade.
