No, the handbook states:

"To apply the parking brake, pull the lever up fully. To release it, pull up slightly, push the button, and lower the lever".

Page 171 in the 5 Door manual.

On page 333 there are some tips for parking on slopes, including putting the car into opposite gear for the direction faced.

It also says that one should set the parking brake firmly or "Your vehicle may roll if it is parked on an incline".
