Matt - have you done the survey? It looks like 40% of people are not getting the letter.

Of those who have had the letter, 16% have had the handbrake fly off.
Of those who have not had the letter, 10% have had the handbrake fly off.

It is clearly not the case that the letter has only been sent to owners of cars with a potential problem.
