I know exactly how you feel. The only difference in my case has been a helpful dealer - who seem to have little or no support from Honda UK.
I still have my Civic - but have been out and bought another car, and currently run the two, the Civic at least having the merits of being economical and nippy. However it is also/has also;
Noisy (road noise)
Poor ride
Poor heater (very slow to warm)
Poor radio
Poor hands free
Useless voice control
Generally poor build and materials
And likes to spend its time in the dealers
Nothing major has gone wrong, but it has had a load of minor faults, is underdeveloped, poorly built, and has poor materials that give a cheap feel to it.
Unless Honda really pull their socks up - I will be a previously loyal customer that defects next buy. I have previously strongly recommended Honda to people ...... now my advice would be ..... go elsewhere. - they are not the quality company that they were.
