Still on the gearbox and it's problems, the other day I decided to overtake the vehicle in front, a rather normal manoeuvre - I have done it before!

I floored the accelerator, Millie dropped into the right gear and we accelerated past the vehicle.

Halfway past this vehicle Millie's i-Shift decided to change up!

Leaving me with NO POWER while it worked out when it would apply the higher ratio, only seconds I admit, but that was quite scary anyway!

Unfortunately mine *was* a 2008 model - so it appears things have not improved with age . (BTW - Still waiting on a reply from Honda on my *new* car) so much for good customer service
