Ford look like they are going ahead with the RS - but from what I've heard it's gonna be FWD (madness with 280bhp!!!!). But considering the performance gains that can be got out of a ST just by remapping (i.e. higher bhp than the proposed figures for the RS), I wonder what's the point of a FWD RS?
If the new RS was a 4WD beast then that could have been a true successor to the old Cossies?

Thats sounding like the Mazda 3 MPS is it not? Thats already a terrible drive there is too much torque for a
FWD car, surely Ford won't make the same mistake with the Focus?!?!?!
They said before that it was going to cost about £40k to produce a Focus RS like the last one. I'm guessing that this RS will just be a sooped up version of the ST and not a true RS.
