Ok here you got the update you are all waiting for...........
My car is booked in on the 14th January at the dealership I bought it from to have the damage put right all £3000 worth of it all, also get a courtsey car.

I think my little letter seemed to have worried them slightly. So people I suggest you get ringing and writing letters and bug the hell out of them.
Have to admit may speak to them about the new handbrake seeing as it seems they have already replaced at least one. Why should I have to wait if the car is in the garage you would think be easier to do the lot all in one go.
I cant wait for this whole nightmare to be over so can go back to enjoying my car. At the moment i am so nervous of parking the car on a slope or even when at junctions or at lights.
I will be sticking with this website I think and will have to get a sticker for my car, If my mate hadn't found this site I expect I would have been paying out for the damage. Thank you for the support shown to me, reading all the posts on here have just spurd me on even more.
