This issue is just going to snow ball!!!

I now have it in writing that my car will be fixed and Honda UK will be covering the FULL COST. (After calling again requesting it to be emailed to me, which it was in less than 30 minutes!!) The lady I spoke to say she was sorry it had not been sent before but they are EXTREMELY BUSY

over the handbrake fault, I just laughed and said, "You dont say!!"

I suggest to anyone who wants to get the damage to there cars paid for to FIGHT for it, keep ringing bugging them keep a list of dates, times and names of everyone you call over the matter be that the Dealer OR Honda UK. To be honest I have not had any luck at all with my dealer (even received a letter from them saying they would pay for no repairs or damaged caused to a 3rd party) Sadly they wasted there time on postage as the car was booked into be fixed by them in between them sending it and me getting it. Once my car is fixed & handbrake done, I WILL NOT BE USING THE DEALERSHIP AGAIN!! Which is a pain as there is no other Dealership in the county!! Just means when I need it serviced will go and stay with a friend up the country and get it done well I am away!
