My dad leases his car's and I know that you cant do any mod's, and if you do, then you have to remove them when giving car back.
But another problem you may face is from your insurance, as I did many many things to my Peugeot 206 before having a car crash just last month and they are screwing at me for not telling them about it. They also said that if i did tell them, they wouldn't have insured me as a named driver, as im under 25.
