Had the same experience with exactly the same TV, my wife has once even fit a larger item in the boot - a big desk (admittedly after folding the rear seats - but the shop guys said it will not fit even in an estate). 2 bikes will also fit with the seats lifted, however ours are too long and the front wheel has to be taken off on each, _but_ (and it's a big but
) having done so you still have the whole boot space available
