Before I went away at Xmas (crabby year and decided to get away fom it all)..... anyhoo..... went out to the Civic to set it up as the manual says for periods of un-use: Result was went to open my glove box to get the book out only to find the handle came away!!!!!, so I trot round to the passenger side, and find that the plastic trim in the door (the bit between the sill and the carpet), has also come off, and to top it off I have to go back to the dealer where I bought it to get my bumper strips replaced as the ones on there were faulty..... I just feel that they have let down such a great (truly epic IMHO), with crappy quality materials (put it this way, the jeep I had for my Action Man when I was younger was IMO constructed from more suitable plastic!). Honda are doing the glove box under warranty (whole new glovebox needed, and I've told them damage the dash in any way and that'll be new too, as they admit they have to smash the door to get it open/off
). Still did from memory what the books says to do before going away, and came back after just over two weeks with it sitting in my garden, turned the key, and pressed the button and it started first time
