I have said somewhere else on these forums that I think customer service in the UK is falling and I don't know why, especially in an age where information is easily passed between people via the internet.

Actually you are spot on, it's the dealers I have the biggest problem with.
I suppose it's symptomatic of British society and it's apathy towards everything!
I know alot of the new forum members are still in their 'honeymoon' period, but after a year or so of putting up with crappy British build quality and constant visits to the dealers, I'm certain they will start to see where alot us are coming from.
