As for the dealers, yes they are very polite and helpful, even after they order the wrong part and you have to visit their dealership 3 times. I suppose you get free coffee while you are awaiting those long hours for your car, and end up wasting 3 mornings getting a simple problem fixed! (which might I add is still not fixed!)
