The issue of customer service is a seperate one. These forums are for likeminded people to express their views, both good and bad with others and receive comments about what they have written. The issue of customer service is between us and our dealers and is our choice whether to put up with poor service, complain or change dealer.
I actually think that the people who have NO problems get a worse reaction than those who have problems.
So I think we should call it a truce and accept that there are people with problems and those without. Plus those of us without problems may just have some one day, then what will we do ?

Good point! I got an idea to this: let's create something like a "civic overall satisfaction rating", say 0 to 100% and take a vote on this say once a month - would be interesting to see it changing (and hopefully improving) with time
