My friends spare key is making its way to China, and will be used to make the mould from. Should be receiving the first keys in approximately 3-4 weeks. If they are upto spec then the remainder will be produced and sent. Looking at approximately 6 weeks. Will keep you posted as the process moves along.

It varies dependant on your local key cutting place, mine charges £5 others charge as much as £12.50(see post further up).
