May I suggest that if you intend to purchase a space saver kit, shop around. Many Honda dealers will sell you the whole kit, tyre fitted on the wheel for £100 inc. Vat. You can actually fit the spacesaver in the boot well yourself. No big deal. Eezy peezy. That may save you the £30 labour. Yorkshire is a large county and one now has to take into account the cost of petrol, but there are savings to be had. You must have the luck of the Irish to escape a puncture for so long. Good luck!
