Disapointing result.
Probably find that it is not covered under the body corrosion warranty as it's not parts of the body shell but part of the exhaust.
The exhaust may be S/S but S/S still rusts just much slower. Also the welds are not S/S necessarily - you worst rust seems to be a weld point. Exhaust warranty is I think just for functional failure ie rust through, surface corrosion such as yours would not be a functional problem.
That's probably their get out. The plate at the back with the large darker rust is part of the exhaust however there is edge corrosion on the black innner of the triangle too. That is not part of the exhaust but part of the bumper and thus arguably part of the body, and lets face it when that rusts through everyone will be able to see the rust on your Civic. Honda are very sensitive about rust after the problems with mark 1 & 2 Civic's. So don't give up - send you pics directly to Honda Customer Services and complain about your evasive dealer.
