I also saw on a CES post that Toshiba (co inventors of HD-DVD I believe) have no new HD players for the new year. Not suspicous at all!!!

Bother I have just bought a Toshiba TV and was looking forward to one remote for all.......

I currently am borrowing my brother's PS3 and I found the fan still noisy (but not as loud as a PS2). It is an early one, so perhaps later ones are better.
