Hi surferjr & allan40alt.
Have not posted for ages since I no longer have my Civic. Due to too many irritating niggles I decided to part company with it and have absconded to 'the other' camp and now have a Toyota Avensis 2.2 diesel. (did try the Auris )
With regard to the retro fit leather, I would highly recommend TL, they did a superb job. My choice of charcoal with perforated mid blue facings and silver stitching really came about since I wanted a change from plain black. While wishing to lighten the car's interior without sacrificing practicality by going too light I was somewhat guided by TL, with of course, the car's blueish silver in mind. It was a choice I never regretted and although the car was sold with only a low mileage it proved practical, looked great and remained just good as the day it was fitted.
It is a difficult choice to make and my advice would be go ahead as long as you stick with something tasteful and avoid the garish. To coin a phrase, at the end of the day, it is down to personal choice.
You are probably now more confused than ever - wishing you luck with your final decision.
