The 206
CC had Aircon / climate control and NEVER did this... it had lots of other faults though...so this could just be one more, and it was really annoying so often switched off......
The Air Con was truly rubbish, so maybe it just never worked properly, would not surprise me, even according to Peugeot the scale of 16 - 24 was just a graduated system and did not relate directly to the temperature you would get ??!! So why not make it 1 - 10 or something ??
It did do a similar thing once but the fuel economy also suffered as it was leaking petrol
really strong smell.. so good job no-one was smoking...
