I'm looking at a new Civic and was wondering what the thoughts are of new vs used? Obviously new would be nice, but there's a big saving on the earlier cars.

Are there any issues with the early cars that aren't covered on the warranty? Sounds a bit like some of the issues never really get fixed. Obviously cars that are 1-2 years old with low miles make you wonder why the owner let them go. But a used example is a saving of £3-5000.
