i might be able to help out in the essex/suffolk area.
i am a secondary school tech teacher, teaching metal work, wood work, graphics, electronics and textiles. electronics is not my best subject, but i know enough to get by, and i'm very competant with the soldering iron.
if it came to a situation where the new bently key worked but needed som soldering and people were uneasy with doing this. then i might be able to offer out my services if people get the key cut and then bring me their old key and the new key body i could do the transfer for people. it would be a 5 min job (guess).
and i wouldn't charge for it. call it services to the club. (but i'm not a travelling service, if you want it you got to come to me
)
