Just my luck I sleep in on one of the few days there is nobody sitting spare/standby.
The irony being I was presented with a certificate the previous day for excellence in customer services lol with high street vouchers as a Thankyou gift.

I had always heard from friends who worked for CT that they were a bunch of miserable bar-stewards. Being called a muppet and getting vouchers sounds not to bad
