Surely if we mount some form of petition with example photos from as many Civinfo members as possible, they will be forced to act?

They need to be aware that we won't just accept this issue.

One of the main reasons I chose Honda was the relatively high resale residuals of them.
I loved my Megane II 1.9DCi Dynamique (eleccy problems aside), and was only deflated by the resale value.

How much is our resale value going to be affected by shoddy paint?

If this is something that HUK won't acknowledge and rectify, I'm pretty sure some of the auto magazines would be interested!
