Do I complain to Osram or just expect that their stock response will be one of the following 'well it is only an estimated lifetime usage', ' it obviously wasn't fitted right' or 'there must be a problem with your car... yadda-yadda' and right them off as a poor buy / duff set?
Gotta say I'm miffed cos it the passenger side behind the battery box.

Suggest you contact Osram as I know their customer service is good and see what they say, they will probably replace without quibble.
