Well, from the pictures it is exactly the same make as the 2 button version I used with the button holes in the same place.

That means the key module will be in the same place, which in turn means the transponder will be too far away from the car and will require moving. So dis-assembly and re-soldering will be required, bet on it. sorry.

In fact, I would go so far as saying that there is no straight transfer unit available. The flip mechanism itself requires the key module to be mounted further back in the key case, hence moving the transponder out of range.
