Hi and Welcome,

In some markets the Type-R GT is delivered with HID lights.
Retro-fitting all the Honda parts would be a big project.

There are some aftermarket kits that some users have fitted to non-HID cars.

You can also upgrade the bulbs in your car to give a whiter light.
