The lead would not stretch to the rear window. It would probably stretch from on side of the screen to the other, but no further.
I got rid of mine after a day because the reception was very poor and unlistenable to. If you get one don't stick the ariel to the screen immediately so that you can move it around to get the best reception and remove it if you are not satisfied.
