Well 410 is a tiny percentage of owners so that cant exactly be a proven test. More people were surveyed just on this forum than what which reports so that tells you something.

Plus you will find alot of people on forums reporting problems as that is a place people go for help. Youll find just as many problems on Mercesdes,audi, bmw etc etc forums as on here.
