Ha ha, no that name kind of sticks in your mind! I'm interested to hear how you get on on the 18th. I've never had an issue getting warrenty work done there, but I've never had a list this long in one go either! I have a feeling I may go from the "valued customer" pile to the "picky pain in the @rse" pile quite quickly. Hope the service dept don't trawl through here....
