1) The log book may take slightly longer than normal bearing in mind that it is March and the increase in new registrations/people changing cars etc will slow things down a bit.
2) Mats won't fit thru your letterbox!

. Give your sales guy a call and ask them where they are. Better than that, if they are local enough, go in and see him/her face to face.
