Dealt with Marcel - nice guy, the only problem was with the Finance guy, they clearly wanted me to take their finance and I did not want to go that route.
Did get a follow up call from Marcel but the whole experience was tainted by the money man - his last attempt was to sell GAP cover, just felt a bit too pushy!
