I don't know, you would need someone with an EX to confirm this.
Although, since the Honda iPod connector essentially mimics a CD changer, I would have thought the random functionality would still work on the individual playlists.
Also, on mine, selecting disc (playlist) 8 automatically turns on the RDM function - does it do this on yours?
