That doesn't seem normal at all. Could you ask the dealer if you could drive another car to compare? It's also a bit suspicious that the NSF front shock has been replaced - I wonder if they put it back together correctly.

The fuel cap has a simple fix that should have been applied, the squeaky wipers is a known thing (silicone lube needed down the shaft) and the heated screen should definitely work well (apart from a couple of wires which are the aerial).
